Writing this must have been hard and I hope it has helped. I too have written my Autobiography and it isn't a nice twee happy tale. I was sectioned too at the age of 16 and left in the 'nut house' till after my 18th Birthday when I walked out and new I couldn't be forcded to return.I was then lucky to be able to take charge of my life and make my own decisions.
